The 1850 Inn is a 150 year old historic home rental located a block from Nelsonville’s Historic Square Arts District. This vacation home is perfect for guests visiting the Hocking Hills area or guests visiting students at Hocking College or Ohio University. The manor offers two living rooms, a dining room, full kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. This historic home is beautifully restored hardwood floors and original tiger oak wood trim throughout the home.
Take a 30 minute drive from your vacation home to visit Old Man’s Cave, Cedar Falls, Ash Cave, Rock House, Conkle’s Hollow, or Rock Bridge located in Hocking Hills State Park. No matter the season, you and your guests won’t be disappointed when visiting all the beauty Hocking Hills offers!

The State Park offers over thousands of acres to explore by hiking, offhighway vehicle riding, mountain biking, or horseback riding. When in town, guests will want to visit Nelsonville’s Historic Square Arts District, Stuart’s Opera House, Hocking Valley Scenic Railway, or the Nelsonville Music Festival that is held every year at Hocking College. 15 miles from the cabin, guests will run into Lake Hope State Park located in Zaleski State Forest.
