Fox Den Cabin: Quaint and Secluded 2-Person Cabin Centrally Located to Area Attractions
If you are looking for peace, quiet and time to appreciate the best of mother nature, The Fox Den Cabin is the place for you! Come alone for some “me time” or bring that special someone to connect with and unwind. While staying at the Fox Den Cabin, you will see the most beautiful sunsets over the rolling hills of Southeast Ohio
On your journey to this cabin, you will follow forest-lined roads that lead to this small rustic cabin, The Fox Den. When you arrive, you will feel warm and welcome as you step on the front porch which is furnished with an outdoor dining set, perfect for morning coffee time or a special dinner at dusk. You will be greeted by the permanent resident of the Fox Den, which is a hand carved wooden Fox, hence the name.
This studio cabin has one queen-sized bed and a small but fully equipped kitchen for meals that you want to prepare just like home.The back door leads you to the breathtaking view that you can enjoy from the hot tub or by the fire pit area. Here, you can relax and take in the night skies with all its sparkling stars.
Our guests are a short 20 – 30 drive to the Hocking Hills State Parks including Old Man’s Cave, Cedar Falls, Ash Cave, Conkle’s Hollow, Cantwell Cliffs, and Rockbridge State Nature Preserve. Guests are located 15 – 20 minutes away from Lake Hope Lodge, Hope Furnace, the Moonville Tunnel, Strouds Run State Park, and Ohio University. Travel 5 minutes into the quaint town of Nelsonville to check out Adventure Pro Outdoors, the Hocking Valley Scenic Railway, Rocky Boots, Stuart’s Opera House and so much more
