Our Historic Bed & Breakfasts and vacation homes are in the quaint town of Nelsonville, situated blocks away from the Historic Nelsonville Square. Each home comes with its own unique charm. We are centrally located to all the outdoor activities, attractions, and fun located within Athens, Logan, and Nelsonville. Visit Athens to check on your beloved Bobcat at Ohio University, swim at Stroud’s Run State Park, or enjoy a local restaurant.
All of our cabins and lodges are 30 minutes from the Hocking Hills State Parks which are beautiful all year round. Must see Hocking Hills attractions include Ash Cave, Cantwell Cliffs, Cedar Falls, Conkle’s Hollow, Old Man’s Cave, Rockbridge, and Rock House.
The Star of Hocking Hills has so much to offer itself. Nelsonville is home to the Hocking Valley Scenic Railway, Stuart’s Opera House, Hocking College, the Nelsonville Music Festival, and the MEGA TUBE Float on the Hocking River! In Nelsonville, Wayne National Forest is located at our back door. ATV enthusiasts are minutes from the Dorr Run Trail Head or the Monday Creek Trail System which offer of 75 miles of designated off-roading riding!

The Adventure Pro Outdoors experience was 10/10!!! Jay was an excellent guide and very informative. We had a blast on the trip and he did a great job showing us the trails. We really enjoyed the different terrain.
When we go back we will definitely trip with Jay again!.
We had such a blast doing the SXS tour through Wayne Forest! It was nice and muddy, the trails were fairly empty, the leaves were beautiful. We rented two and each took a kid (ages 13 and 10) and then switched kids halfway. Jay was our guide and I can’t say enough good things about him.
He was so kind to our kids offering them candy and stickers. He even gave one of them hand warmers halfway through because she was cold. He knows the trails like the back of his hand, was easy to follow and we had an absolutely great time! This was our second trip and we will definitely be returning next year for more fun.

We were looking for something new to do to celebrate our 30th anniversary! It was a blast! My wife has never ridden trails off-road and she loved it! Our guide was Sarah and she was great. You could tell she really loves her job! We would definitely do it again! Thank you Sarah for making our special day so enjoyable!😃.
We had an amazing experience with Adventure Pro Outdoors! Our group of 12 was accommodated perfectly, and the entire process was smooth and organized from start to finish. A special shoutout to our tour guide, Jay, who was absolutely awesome—friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone in our group had a great time. The trails Jay took us on were exciting, well-paced, and a lot of fun for everyone, no matter their skill level.
